You can grow your business today with these tips
Let’s dig a little deeper…
1. Look for partnerships
Who can you partner or align yourself with that is connected to money? Getting connected to the right people gets you closer to new opportunities and new customers!
2. Work harder
Add an extra hour of work to your day. You’ll be underpaid until you’re overpaid. That means you have to do a lot of the hard work now before you’ll see any results. Expand the amount of time you dedicate to earning money and it will grow. Change your how you operate and start hustling more!
3. Hire a team
This allows other people to do the things that you need to do but don’t make you money. What are you doing in your role right now that you could pay someone $10 an hour and have it done for you? Pay someone so you can concentrate on what’s going to earn you money.
4. Use social media more
If you can disseminate information, you can get known. Attention is the name of the game to grow any business. You need to get big and become a celebrity in your space!
Get better at what you do. Sometimes the best thing you can do is simply train to refine your skills and sharpen your sword. There’s a reason why all the greats — no matter the industry — train. If you don’t train, you’ll only be maintaining the status quo and soon you’ll be on the decline.
That’s five simple things you can do to grow your business today… that you just learned in under five minutes.
Imagine, if you will, what 20 minutes of daily practice and training would do for your business. If every day, for just 20 minutes, you and your team worked on and developed your skills of prospecting, selling, closing and follow up?
You may be thinking your people would never do that, that you have a mediocre team with no real motivation. That’s perfectly normal and after 30 years of training salespeople, we have a “hack” that works every single time without exception. Would you like to see it? It’s a 4-step process that works on any team of any size.
