Overcommitting:  it’s actually a GREAT thing

FROM THE DESK OF GRANT CARDONE:  Whether that’s over committing yourself at work, in a relationship or your personal development; maybe it’s not so bad after all.  Grant tells us that overcommitting, which is often viewed as a negative, is actually a GREAT thing.  You can hustle, dominate your time and 10X your life by going all in and overcommitting.  By going all it and overcommitting, what Grant’s talking about, what he means is, jumping on an opportunity before learning the details.  There’s a Grant Cardone quote, which is a favorite of many, that says:

Commit first, figure it out later!

This contradicts much of what we have all been told our whole life.  It’s not rational to commit first and figure it out later.  How many times have people told us to have a plan first?  We’ve been told this by by people who are just looking out for our best interest and don’t want to see us get hurt or disappointed.   But creating massive success and a real abundant future is going to demand taking massive action and taking massive action often involves overcommitting oneself and then strategizing to handle the unexpected. In the end, you will figure it out and accomplish what you signed-up for.
