Are you a business?  Regardless of your position in your company, would it be a bad idea if you looked at your position as a business within a business?  How you view yourself, your position and your results in your company very well may be the make break point between you increasing your income, personal wealth and creating financial security.

Now what?  You have 10 things here, 10 solid ideas from Grant Cardone on how to keep your company growing that you can start using right now.  What are you going to do with this information?

STEP ONE:  Put these in your order of importance.  Take this list and sort it out based on your current situation and on what you KNOW you need to dial in better.  Are you playing too safe?  How are you adapting to the changes happening right now in the market?  Do you drop your prices too fast?  When you’re closing a deal do you immediately ask, what do we need to do to earn your business?

STEP TWO:  Get more information, training and skills.  Once you have your order, starting from one, what do you not know about that?  Start to study, practice, drill, rehearse.  If #9 is your #1, how are you going to protect yourself?  What information, training and skills do you need to avoid negative influences?  What actions are you going to take?  Everything on this list can and will get handled with the right information, training and skills.

STEP THREE:  Do something.  Grant has 4 degrees of action and doing nothing here will not just keep you the same but actually move you backwards.  You staying the same, just getting by is going backwards because everything else is moving forward.  You have to take action on this.
