DISCIPLINE: The Wednesday Word #WednesdayWisdom
Here’s what we do on the Wednesday Word. We take words, we break them down, we look at the definition, we look at the etymology, the history of it, the derivation of the words (where these words came from) and we look at how to take these words and then plug them plug them right into your sales and your business and your life. That is the purpose.
You know one of the first lessons i learned from Grant Cardone was that “selling is a conversation and power comes from the words that you use.” I learned that lesson towards the
end of 2003 and it literally changed the way i viewed myself as a sales professional and how I approached my customers. So understanding the words that you have is also understanding the power that you have because if selling is a conversation and power comes from the words that you use you need to know them words so you can use them right!
