COVID UPDATE: Top 5 Reasons Many Won’t Recover Economically

Many Won't Recover Economically

HARD TRUTH:  Not everyone’s going to make it out alright.  A lot of folks won’t recover economically.  Recently Grant Cardone put out an email that identifies the 5 main reasons why so many people are going to have trouble coming back from this COVID economy.  I want you to be aware of these traps as well so you can avoid them like the plague and not be one of the ones who won’t recover economically!

Won't Recover Economically

Top 5 Reasons Many Won’t Recover Economically

#5. Lack of Consistency:

Those who will succeed in the months to come will make consistent routines in their life.  A consistent approach starts with getting consistent in your day-to-day operations.  Have definitive and specific answers to the following questions:

  • When will I wake up?
  • What do I do next?
  • What do I do when I get to work?
  • If I don’t have work how will I get work?

Get consistent and quit making it up. Successful people don’t change their approach unless it doesn’t work.  Consistent people only change to change with conditions.  Grant’s going to be the first person to tell you, he’s not perfect but his is consistent. Do you go to bed at the same time each day?  Are you eating the same foods?  Do you repeat the same successful actions over and over?  If not, you’re winging it.  Don’t just wing it.

#4. Normal Actions:

Doing anything in life that society considers “normal” will only get you average at best, but in a bad economy it will be disastrous.  It’s normal to work from 9 to 5 and it’s normal to make $52K a year (average income in US $63,179)  This is why those who work just 9 to 5 will never be rich. They are taking average actions for their finances. The rich take massive action.  Elon Musk has been credited with working 120 hours a week.  Instead of 2 sales calls the average worker makes, the greats will make 20.  Let’s face it, even though there is plenty of money floating around on this planet, most people don’t have much of it. It’s because most people won’t take more actions to get more money; even in a crisis.

#3. No Target:

Most people don’t have an income target. If you ask the average person on the street what their income target is they would likely have no response besides the fact they might be offended about even talking about such matters.  If people can’t talk about money, it’s no wonder that they don’t have any. Look, if you have no financial goal you will never hit it. If you want to be successful this year, you have to set high targets even in an uncertain economy!  You’ll be far better off missing a target you set and go for than not having one at all.

#2. Entitlement:

People feel they deserve money without earning it.  This is part of the reason Universal Basic Income is gaining traction and people will stay on unemployment for as long as possible.

MORE HARD TRUTH:  You’re owed nothing, deserve nothing, and are entitled to nothing.

Anything worth having must be earned.”  -Unknown

Entitled people will never work hard enough to earn any real money because they feel things should be given to them. Nobody who accepts government handouts is rich, and they never will be unless they change their mindset about money and how it is created.  A slave will get just enough to survive, Grant’s not and I’m not interested in just surviving… I want to thrive!  How about you?

1. No Sales Skills:

You can have anything you want in life if you just learn to sell. We live on an economic planet and your economy depends upon your ability to sell yourself, your ideas, and your products to the marketplace.  When Grant was 25 years old he got really serious about becoming a professional salesman and started studying and training daily.  Nobody is born with the ability to sell.  It’s something you have to educate yourself at and then train. That’s why he created Cardone U, it’s a platform where people can learn the skills they need to get their money right.

Is your money right?

Won't Recover Economically If you’re worried that you won’t recover economically, then you’re money’s not right.  If you’re not where you want to be, it’s because one of these 5 reasons are out.  You need to identify your problems from the list above and you need to get a real handle on it.

What can you do today to be more consistent?  Chances are you are consistent, just on the wrong things.  Are you doing enough?  Come on, you know you could be doing more right now.  If you’re not maybe your targets aren’t big enough.  You need GOALS that change your life.  If your goals don’t change your life, you will not stick with your goals.  And changing your life is not limited to the end result.  You goals should also change HOW you live your life right now.  And as Grant’s said so many times, “nobody is going to come to your house and make your dreams come true.”  You need to do that and that starts with you skilling up.

And if you are truly serious about getting your ship (or the other word that starts with s-h-i) back on track in 2020, you can try Cardone U right now free!
