Why would one stay hungry?

GREAT SALESPEOPLE:

  • Stay Hungry
  • Act Hungry
  • Tell people they’re hungry

Not telling people you’re hungry, as Grant says, will take the fight out of you.

Stay hungry!  It’s OK to tell people you’re hungry.

FYI:  Telling people you’re hungry is an act of humility, not arrogance.

Is Kobe hungry still?  Did Michael Jordan ever settle?

The GREATS stay hungry no matter how many victories they have behind them or how good they are, they know there is always room for more and room to grow.

Keep in mind, once a client thinks you’re not hungry anymore, they’ll think you’re out of the game, checked out, not interested, and not a player anymore.  (Personally, I learned this lesson with Kristi Mitchell in my senior year of High School 😉

For you to be GREAT and stay hungry you need to live in the future not the past

Stay hungry, act hungry and let the world know you’re hungry

Exercise:  Write down your goals in present tense as if they have already happened.  Then write new goals 10 times the size of your original goals.  i.e. you wrote, “I own a million dollar home” now it’s “I own a 10 million dollar home.”

Challenge:  Create a clear cut plan to achieve your 10x goals and tell 5 people about it…  TODAY!

As Grant says, “You’re GREATNESS, don’t fight it!”
