Force: The Wednesday Word ACTION IDEAS:

Well, if you know me at all, to not bring Star Wars into this conversation would be nothing short of criminal.

The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It’s an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us; it binds the galaxy together.”

―Obi-Wan Kenobi

What about gravity because that’s kinda the thing that binds the galaxy together.  The force that attracts a body toward any other physical body having mass.

So here’s your action idea…

How do you USE force?  Since force originates and means ultimately strength, how strong are you?  Do you practice force?  How strong is your body?  What about your mind?  Is your spirit strong?  Are you doing things everyday to improve your strength on all three levels?

What are you attracting into your life?

What kind of energy is penetrating you and what kind of energy are you radiating?  Do you come from a place of shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, unhealthy desire, anger, pride?  This is the Dark Side of the Force.  Or do you operate from The Light Side, with courage, trust, willingness, optimism, forgiveness, understanding, love, peace, reverence and joy?

Again, how do you use Force?  Are you spending more time in the dark side or the light?  Recognize where you are and where you can move towards the light.
