- time,
- energy,
- attitude, and
- resources.
During these periods of wild speculations it is vital to get more discipline in your schedule so you can start to put control into an environment where there appears to be a loss of control.
Some things will be completely out of your control, so control what you can control.
When you go to sleep and when you wake up are things you can control. Grant puts himself down at 9pm each night and wakes up before the sun rises, getting at least eight hours of sleep per night.
This helps your immune system.
Grant also eats well and is maintain an exercise routine, even if it’s at home simply doing pushups.
Also, Grant is limiting himself to no more than 60 minutes of TV time, avoiding news as much as possible and increasing his reading time (self-enhancement) to one hour a day.
