Failure Fuels Innovation

Failure fuels innovation

Great Salespeople are INSPIRED by failure!

Being inspired by failure sounds crazy doesn’t it?

Failure fuels innovation…  but who likes to fail?

Nobody!

Except the greats.  They can twist failure, use failure as a means of encouraging and fueling their fire.  They know that failure fuels innovation!

Look at Thomas Edison and the light bulb.  Alexander Graham Bell and the telephone.

They were certainly inspired by failure!

The greats know that failure is more of an opportunity than a loss.

When Grant has a failure, he goes back to preparing, being interested, back to pushing that necessity level to where he refuses to lose.

Exercise:   Remember, failure fuels innovation, so take a real look at your last 5 “failures.” Then dig deep to see what can you learn from them and what you will do differently next time.

HINTS:  Cardone On Demand and Cardone University users:  Quick Fix is perfect for debriefing, analyzing and handling failures.  One of the greatest tools at your disposal for turning a failure into a win is The Closer’s Survival Guide.  Lastly, there’s a free worksheet we can send you that will allow you to debrief any client exchange and interaction so you can use failure to fuel your next victory!  Send an email to david@grantcardone.com

Challenge:  Stop just hating on your failures, rather learn how to take the sting out by using them to grow, learn, fuel and inspire.

Keep in mind what Grant says, “There is no failure until you quit!”
