How to capitalize on increased traffic

There are specific ways to capitalize on increased traffic.   In the market, there are certain holiday weekends like Memorial Day where traffic to your business increases.  This is brick and mortar or virtual traffic.   And while Memorial Day weekend is a time to reflect, it is also one of biggest selling weekend of the year.

How big will this weekend be for you?  How big will it be for your company?  The answer to that will depend on one main thing.  That main thing is whether or not you (and/or your people) have all the tools in place.  The tools necessary to capitalize on the increased traffic.  Many businesses go into sale weekends completely unprepared. When this happens consequently, they don’t capitalize on the opportunity. Do not let your people rely on the “sale price” to close transactions for you.
